Shipping

USA Retail Customers

We ship your items within a 24 hour period from the time we receive your order. If for any reason your item will not ship within 24 hours we will contact you to let you know why it’s not going to ship and when it will go out.  We know you want your items fast so we’ll keep you informed. If you order your item on the weekend or holiday we will ship it out the following business day. All orders will ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, All combined orders exceeding 16 oz will ship Priority Mail.

International Customers

We will ship promptly as stated above. However, keep in mind that we don’t control the package once it leaves our hands. Most items will be received within 7-15 days but may take up to 30 days or longer due to customs or circumstances beyond our control. It is possible that we don't ship to your country, in that case we may cancel and refund at our sole discretion.

Returns

Items are returnable for 14 days from the time you receive your item. Please contact us before you return it. Items must be returned in new condition and in the unopened original package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we screwed up, or unless you made prior arrangements with us to cover the return shipping.
